By submitting this offer, I understand and agree to the following:
1) Submitting this offer does not guarantee me the booking for DJ Sonix. This is only an official request to book.
2) This offer is valid until I withdraw it, and I must give DJ Sonix a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to withdrawing it, during which time DJ Sonix has the right to confirm the date.
3) Upon DJ Sonix's acceptance and confirmation of this offer, the deposit (half) is due immediately.
4) If the offer is confirmed, I have entered into a legally binding Verbal Agreement/Contract. A written contract will be sent to me which summarizes those items which I verbally agreed to. Not signing the written contract does not free me from my obligations outlined in the Verbal Agreement.
